Michael Kennedy, ARNP-C was raised locally attending school in Bonifay and graduating from Holmes County High School with High Honors in 2000. From 1998 through 2000, Michael fought Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. This personal experience with cancer led him to the health care field. He graduated as a Registered Nurse from Chipola College in 2003. While working as an RN at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, he finished his Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Florida State University in 2005. While working in the Surgical Department and ER Department at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, he continued to pursue his education graduating in 2008 with his Master's degree in Nursing as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner from Florida State University. Michael is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, and playing sports such as golf, football, basketball, and fishing. |
