Through a collaborative effort of physician and midlevel provider care, we provide a wide array of primary care medical services.
We provide:
- Care for adults and children
- Acute sick care, such as: sinusitis, bronchitis, sore throats, bladder infections, ear infections
- Acute worsening of chronic medical conditions, such as: asthma, COPD, CHF, diabetes problems - coordinated care for hospitalization or specialist care if you are unable to be cared for in the outpatient setting
- Primary management of chronic medical problems, such as: high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, kidney disease - coordinated with specialty care when needed
- Primary management of chronic psychiatric problems, such as: depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD- coordinated with specialty care when needed
- Monitoring of labs and medications relating to treatment of chronic medical problems and medication usage
- Monitoring and managing anticoagulation with Coumadin
- Administering allergy injections
- Weight loss management - patient's must meet state of Florida guidelines for weight loss medications
- Routine well care and screening for adults and children
- Routine physical exams for participation in sports and commercial drivers license
